Procrastination

pro·cras·ti·nate(prō-krās'tə-nāt', prə-)

v. pro·cras·ti·nat·ed, pro·cras·ti·nat·ing, pro·cras·ti·nates

v. intr. To put off doing something, especially out of habitual carelessness or laziness.

v. tr. To postpone or delay needlessly.

I cannot truthfully say that I'm not a procrastinator.  I find many reasons to put things off needlessly, and likely, so do you.  Most everyone procrastinates some, for some reason, but the truth of the matter is that it doesn't do us any good in the end. The keyword here is needlessly, as we needn't put things off.
